I have served on our HOA board for two different terms in the past 6 years and have had the opportunity to work with F1 during that time. We have never been disappointed. I’ve really appreciated their professionalism and sensitivity when homeowner issues come up. Have we had some difficult things to handle? Yes, and F1 has been there to support us. They are responsive and do a nice job following the direction of the board. When violations are identified by their staff, they never communicate warnings or fines without working with the board. Our community has clearly benefited from their management and is a better place to live.

I've dealt with F1 property management company for 4 years and they are GREAT! Always friendly when i go in each month. Always prompt at taking care of problems that have come up. They make sure and listen to their customers, clients, home owners, and HOA board of directors.
