The Management Group is a success story of three companies that sought to provide the best Property Management Services in Southern Utah. Joining forces F1 Property Management, Freedom Vacation Management, and My Home Management Group merged in December of 2021.

In 2004, Mik’L Wells and Cheryl Burns saw a need in Washington County for a management company that would perform all of the services an HOA needs. With a lot of sweat (and probably a few tears), they opened F1 Property Management in August 2004. In early 2005, Cheryl’s husband was transferred to Arizona for work and Mik’L became the sole owner of F1.

In 2018, The Hoops family developed and created Freedom Vacation Management. Seeing a need for constant visitors to Washington County, they set out with the goal of having the highest quality Vacation Management team.

In 2021, after nearly 10 years of experience in Real Estate and Long-Term Property Management. Ben Walker created My Home Management Group with the focus of developing world-class processes and procedures to ensure the “reactive” business of Property Management was done Proactively. With so much lip service in the industry, Ben wanted to create a company that was accountable and reliable.

In 2022, Ben Walker bought out all remaining parties. With the goal to maintain the ideas and visions that were laid out. “F1” which is the help key on your keyboard still lives with us today. Our team is here to HELP. We look forward to serving you, your HOA communities, your tenants, your family, and your friends.
