In 2004, Mik’L Wells and Cheryl Burns saw a need in Washington County for a management company that would perform all of the services an HOA needs. With a lot of sweat (and probably a few tears), they opened F1 Property Management in August 2004.

In early 2005, Cheryl’s husband was transferred to Arizona for work and Mik’L became the sole owner of F1. 

In 2022, F1 was acquired, while still maintaining all core values and goals that F1 was established on, with the same team that has years of experience. F1 has grown from managing six HOA’s that first year to managing over 50 HOA’s and commercial properties and counting. Working under the direction of an HOA board, we take the role of secretary, treasurer, and human punching bag for the decisions that the board makes. F1 Property Management is a member of the Community Association Institute, the St. George Chamber of Commerce, and the Southern Utah Home Builders Association.
